Job Title: Teller
Location: Yenagoa, Bayelsa
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Cash Management: Balance cash drawers daily and oversee ATM transactions.
- Sales & Promotion: Recommend and cross-sell bank products and services (e.g., credit cards, savings accounts) to meet targets.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately handle deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, money transfers, and payments.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on banking products.
- Risk Management: Adhere to regulatory requirements and security protocols to prevent fraud and minimize losses.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: OND upper credit only.
- Experience: Previous experience in cash handling, retail, or customer service.
- Skills: High attention to detail, strong mathematical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with computer systems.
- Age: Maximum of 27 years old
Salary
₦150,000 monthly Net.
