Job Title: Ticketer
Location: Agbara, Ogun/Lagos

Job Description
- We are looking for a meticulous and organized Ticketer to manage ticket bookings and reservations for our clients.
- You will ensure that all travel arrangements are accurate and meet client preferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Book and issue tickets for flights, and other modes of transportation.
- Confirm bookings and update clients on their travel itineraries.
- Handle changes, cancellations, and refunds efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions.
- Provide clients with information on travel regulations and restrictions.
- Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in ticketing or reservations.
- Proficiency in using ticketing platforms and other booking platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Salary
₦80,000 – ₦100,000 per month.
