Job Title: Training Admin
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Description
- Coordinate general administrative duties concerning training.
- Aid in the development of, and modifications of policies and procedures on training.
- Provides support to manager to assist in identifying training program requirements and provide associated training reports.
- Designs and modifies new and existing training program curriculum and processes training invoices.
- Develops procedures and job aids to support the administration of training.
- Support in the strive for excellence through the research and possible implementation of best practice principles.
- Liaise with clients/course participants to acknowledge booking and provide details about courses according to customer service standards and processes.
- Design and develop training proposals and curriculum, slides, training notes, and calendars for various courses.
- Foster collaborative work practices and promote a workplace environment focused on staff empowerment, efficient work practices, and encouragement of initiative and innovation.
- Manages and updates training information on internal website.
- Prepares bids and requests for proposals; prepares, negotiates, and administers agreements with outside agencies and organizations.
- Research and develop training program curriculum content.
- Performs other related job duties as required.
Requirements and Qualifications
- BSc in Education, Social Sciences, or related field.
- Fresh graduate
- Preferably male
- Proximity to location
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills
- Must be a fast learner and open to learning new areas.
- Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
Salary
₦100,00 – ₦150,000 monthly.
