Job Title: Visa Officer
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Process visa applications for various destinations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with immigration regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather required documentation and provide visa-related information.
- Stay updated on visa policies, entry requirements, and immigration trends for multiple countries.
- Collaborate with embassies and consulates to expedite visa processing when necessary.
- Assist clients in understanding and completing visa application forms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Certification in visa processing or related areas is a plus.
- IATA certification is a plus.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Visa Officer or similar role in the travel industry.
- In-depth knowledge of visa application processes for diverse countries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with visa documentation and requirements.
- Proficient in using relevant software and databases.
