Job Description
- As a Waitress, you’ll be responsible for providing outstanding service to our guests while ensuring their dining experience is nothing short of exceptional.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests as they arrive, seating them at their tables, and presenting menus.
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders and entering them into the POS system.
- Providing recommendations and answering any questions guests may have about the menu.
- Delivering food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Checking in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Processing payments and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including resetting tables and replenishing supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with 1 – 3 years relevant work experience.
- Previous experience as a waitress or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and kitchen staff.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Salary
₦30,000 – ₦40,000 Monthly.
