Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Sabo, Yaba – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Purpose
- The Warehouse supervisor manages and oversees all warehouse activities, ensures efficient processes, and maximizes warehouse productivity.
- The warehouse supervisors’ responsibilities include supervising employees, coordinating logistical processes, ensuring the quality of goods, and preparing relevant documentation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory levels are properly maintained
- Monitor and control the quality and cleanliness of the warehouse to meet safety and compliance standards
- Do good material planning to ensure adequate materials at all times
- Develop and implement warehouse policies
Requirements
- Candidates should possess OND with 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strategically plans operations to maximize the use of space, time, and resources.
Skill Specification:
- Able to stay calm under pressure and attempt solutions to arising problems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Working within timelines and meeting deadlines.
- Positive and attitude and dedication toward the job.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
