Summary
- We are recruiting for our client a Commercial Bank, seeks friendly and enthusiastic Bank Tellers to deliver exceptional customer service.
- As the first point of contact, you’ll answer customer inquiries, handle transactions, and resolve customer issues.
- Your goal is to make every customer feel valued and supported.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and share information about banking products
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Resolve customer issues and promote additional services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service
Requirements
- OND Holder in any field with a minimum of Lower Credit
- Experience in banking is a plus.
- 25 years old or younger
- Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Salary
₦114,000 Monthly.
