We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Bar Supervisor
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Organises the Restaurant and Bar under his/her responsibility
- Increase the captage/sleeper diner ratio and food and beverage revenue through his/her sales actions
- Follows brand standards
- Organises and checks the team’s work
- Ensures information is properly passed on to the team (briefings/debriefings with kitchen staff )
- Manages the flow of guests, placement at tables and reservations
- Organises the Bar under his/her responsibility
- Charisma and confidence to lead front of house and engage with both customers and the team
- The ability to solve problems and take responsibility on shift
- A passion for the service industry
Qualifications
- Holder of Certificate / Diploma in Hotel and Catering Operations or related discipline
- 2 – 4 years of restaurant / in room dining supervisory role
- Minimum 2 years demonstrated leadership in a similar role, hotel or high end bar experience preferred
- Ability to lead the Food and Beverage operations in the absence of senior management
- Hold a Licensed Controller Certificate, advantageous.
Salary
₦150,000 – ₦200,000 Monthly.
