Job Brief
- Our client is looking for a goal-driven and energetic Customer Service Executive
Job Responsibilities / Description
- Suggest suitable Automobile options that best suite clients’ needs
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support through cross selling.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with new and existing customers through open and interactive communication
- Research and study clients’ specifications and wishes
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call and message handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls, messages and mails
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Job Requirements
- HND / BSc in any field
- 2-3 years experience as a Customer Service Executive
- Proficiency in English
- Good knowledge of CRM
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Good verbal communication by following guidelines and policies
Salary
₦70,000 – ₦100,000 monthly.
