Job Description
- We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic Entry-level Customer Care Agents to join our dedicated team. As an Intermediate Customer Service Representative, you will be crucial in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support and assistance.
- You’ll interact with customers via [phone/email/chat], addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via [phone/email/chat] promptly and professionally.
- Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions and assistance.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / NCE or OND qualification
- One year experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Empathetic and customer-focused approach.
- Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software/tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Salary
₦100,000 per month.
