An exciting new role has arisen in a friendly accountancy practice in Morden for an experienced Customer Service Manager. This vacancy requires 37.5 hours per week of working.
Key Tasks required by this job include:
- To act as the specific role of customer service manager for coordinating the day-to-day queries of customer related to accounts management.
- Co-ordinate the operations of help and advisory services to provide support for customers and control the work of staff within customer accounts management team to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver outstanding experiences.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic accounting principles with previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking and accounting field.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain situations professionally, preferably be multilingual speaking Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi along with English.
- Ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, establishing a rapport and direct lines of communication with customers by meeting in person and identifying new business opportunities.
- Assist with the office admin in any capacity (e.g. this could involve taking calls and adjusting shifts to better suit the business) dependant on business and operational needs.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service delivery
- Always maintain confidentiality of client data in line with GDPR
Candidate Profile
- Previous customer services experience, preferably in banking or accounting company
- Able to work efficiently independently, as well as part of a team
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Be extremely organised and have excellent IT skills.
- Fluent in English, Urdu/Hindi, and Punjabi
