Summary
- We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries from beneficiaries, donors, and the public.
Duties
- Respond to calls, emails, and messages
- Provide information about foundation programs
- Record complaints and escalate when needed
- Maintain accurate interaction records
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Polite, patient, and responsive attitude
- Experience in customer service is an added advantage.
Salary
₦1,800,000 – ₦3,000,000 Annually.
