Customer Service Representative at a Fast and Rising E-commerce Brand – KOBA ECOM

KOBA ECOM is a fast and rising e-commerce brand in Nigeria.

We are hiring for the position below;
Job Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Location: Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State
Job Type: Remote
Report To: Director

Job Description
As our customer service representative, you will be responsible for calling and
speaking to our customers in a very nice manner, telling them about the order they made, what the
brand’s product is about, and also upselling them as regards our other product lines.

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensuring you call every order you get so you can confirm their orders
2. Ensuring the customers are ready for deliveries
3. Ensuring the orders are delivered successfully
4. You will be in charge of attending to our customers if they have any complaints about the product
5. You will also be in charge of attending to our riders in case they have any difficulty with the customers at the point of delivery
6. Stock counting whenever we restock and counting of stocks with each delivery agent daily
7. To work closely with the media department whenever they need your attention concerning some pictures or videos of stock to be sent to customers or for advertising purposes
8. Following up with customers with SMS, WhatsApp, and calls.

Job Requirements

1. OND/HND/BSc in any field (Marketing or Business certificate is an added advantage but not a determinant)
2. Must not be a student
3. Good customer service and communication skills
4. Ability to multitask
5. Good written and verbal communication skills
6. Must be a female
7. Must be confident and lively
8. Must have prior experience in the e-commerce industry
9. Must be 22 years and above
10. Work mostly with computers and phone
11. Knowledge of spreadsheets is an added advantage.

Salary
₦50,000 per month – Airtime & Data Allowance: ₦15,000 per month
