Job Duties
- Supervise a team of Franchisees to ensure excellent customer service is provided
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to deal effectively with customer requirements and complaints;
- Co-ordinates and controls the work of those within customer services departments;
- Discusses customer responses with other managers with a view to improving the product or service provided;
- Plans and co-ordinates the operations of help and advisory services to provide support for customers and users.- Analyze customer service data and metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Franchise territory development
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
Job Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service supervisory role
- Previous experience in providing services to customers.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience analyzing data and metrics to drive performance improvements

Salary: £26,561.00 – £28,381.00 per year
