Responsibilities
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, or account updates as needed.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
Salary
₦200,000 – ₦250,000 per month.
