Job Description
- Our client is looking for Executive Assistants to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support executive members effectively in planning, prioritizing, and executing tasks promptly.
Job Summary
- Executive Assistant is responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports.
- To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills, and be able to act without guidance.
- Ultimately, he/she will contribute to the efficiency of the business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly monthly or quarterly reports.
- Oversee the performance of other clerical staff.
- Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory.
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Take minutes during meetings.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Organize and maintain the office filing system.
Qualifications
- BSc Degree in any Science, Social Science-related course.
- An MBA is an added advantage.
Required Experience:
- 10 -15 years related experience as an EA within a manufacturing and packing industry or similar sector
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail, including the ability to handle complex issues.
- Design and delivery of innovative training programs
- Must currently reside in Gbagada and its environs.
- Most likely have real estate experience.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Selling Skills.
Requirements and Skills:
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.

- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
- Has worked with an MD or a large business.
- Knowledge of HSE requirements
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
- Must be married and in their forties.
- Must have multinational experience and exposure.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Preferably married female
- Professional level verbal and written communication skills.
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
