We are looking for a fishmonger for our busy retail store based in London. Due to the nature of fishmonger’s business, we would value the candidates with some fish experience, although a full training will be provided on job.
Tasks and job responsibilities include:
- To cut, split, wash and clean fish.To scrub, head, gut and prepare fish and seafood products.
- To pack fresh and frozen fish to display different varieties of fish, seafood in most attractive way and get it ready for selection by the customers.
- To receive and prepare customers’ orders for a range of fish and shellfish from individual customers and restaurants.
- To clean the equipment and working areas to unload deliveries of fish and seafood products
- To sell seafood products and work at till machine To ensure health standards and safety procedures.
- Any miscellaneous duties as directed by the store management.

If applying from outside of the UK applicants will need to meet the minimum requirements for the Skilled Worker Visa, this includes:
- Pass the UKVI IELTS General Training, Minimum of Band 4 in all 4 skills(Reading, Writing, listening and Speaking)
- Obtain a clear Tuberculosis Test (for certain countries)
- Clean Immigration History

Salary: £26,200.00 – £27,000.00 per year
