Job Title: Fleet Management Trainee
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
The Fleet Management Trainee will be responsible for;
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fleet.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve fleet efficiency.
- Coordinating with logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
- Managing fleet maintenance schedules and ensuring their adherence.
- Implementing fleet safety and compliance procedures.
- Handling fleet-related budgets and expenditures.
- Training and development of fleet staff.
- Liaising with suppliers and vendors for fleet-related procurement.
Qualification and Experience:
- A Degree in Business Management, Logistics or relevant field.
- Experience in fleet management or similar role.
- Proficiency in fleet management software.
- Strong understanding of fleet management processes and procedures.
- Solid problem-solving abilities and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
