Job Description
- Our client is looking to hire a Front Desk / Administrative Officer who will attend to visitors and deal with inquiries (phone and face to face) and support the Head of the Admin team and promote the company.
Duties
- Manage the organization’s reception and Front Desk:
- Answer, screen and, direct telephone calls
- Take and relay messages; and provide information to callers
- Professionally receive persons entering the organization and avoid crowd build-ups in the reception area
- Tidy and maintain the reception area, as well as control inventory relevant to reception area
- Direct visitors to the correct meeting destination and ensure proper hospitality is extended
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
- Manage the firm’s relationship databases, working with External Relations.
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
Works with the Admin function:
- Process travel documentation such as visas, air tickets, boarding passes etc.
- Make hotel reservations/ arrangements at approved hotels for staff, management, and investors (both international and local)
- Support the development of processes and procedures for projects, events and other management requirements.
- Perform other duties as may be required.
Requirement and Skills
- B.Sc / HND
- Very good spoken and written communication skill.
- 2 years experience in the role
- Excellent customer service orientation and attentive to details.
- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Accountability and demonstration of high-quality initiative
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Salary
- ₦250,000 monthly net.
