Job Title: Gift Store Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns with professionalism.
- Manage inventory, restocking, and visual merchandising in line with brand standards.
- Monitor sales performance and generate reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and security standards.
- Coordinate seasonal promotions, events, and product launches.
- Liaise with suppliers and manage stock levels and reorders.
- Handle cash management and point-of-sale system operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in retail management (gift shop or boutique experience preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Visual merchandising and inventory control experience.
- Basic proficiency in retail software/POS systems.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Creative eye for product display and seasonal themes.
Preferred:
- Passion for gifts, home décor, or specialty retail.
- Experience with small business retail or local artisan products.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours.
Salary
₦100,000 Monthly.
