Job Summary

• The Graduate Trainee (Administration) is responsible for supporting administrative operations while undergoing structured training to develop professional, technical, and organizational skills.
• The role is designed to equip fresh graduates with practical workplace experience in office management, documentation, coordination, and general administrative support to enhance overall organizational productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in performing daily administrative duties such as documentation, filing, and record keeping.
• Provide support in preparing reports, memos, and official correspondence.
• Assist in organizing meetings, preparing meeting materials, and taking minutes when required.
• Support the coordination of office activities and ensure smooth workflow within the department.
• Maintain proper documentation and update administrative records and databases.
