We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Human Resource Manager
Location: Kano
Employment Type: Full-time
Roles and Responsibilities
- Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training new staff
- Managing employee benefits, compensation, payroll, and policies
- Completing performance evaluations and overseeing disciplinary procedures
- Resolving employee conflicts and grievances
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business strategy
- Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive
- Fluency in English and ability to speak Hausa language is necessary.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Sociology or any related field.
- 10+ years working experience, with specific emphasis on industry experience.
- 35 – 50 years
- Membership of a relevant professional body will be an added advantage.
