Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as an In-store Retail Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service, a strong understanding of our products, and the ability to drive sales within a retail setting.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
- Provide product information, answer inquiries, and offer recommendations to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Actively promote and sell products to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the features and benefits of the products offered.
- Stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and product updates.
- Provide regular feedback on sales performance and customer interactions.
- Assist in preparing sales reports as needed.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment securely.
- Managing social media accounts.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a minimum of OND qualification with 1 – 2 years work experience.
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Enthusiastic and motivated to achieve sales targets.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
Salary
₦70,000 monthly.
