Job Title: Management Graduate Trainee
Location: Lagos

About the Role
- The Management Trainee will undergo a structured training program across our QSR operations to gain hands-on experience in front-of-house, back-of-house, inventory, customer service, and staff coordination. Successful candidates will be groomed to take on supervisory or managerial positions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in rotational training across all QSR departments (kitchen, service, cashiering, inventory, and outlet operations).
- Assist outlet managers with daily operations, staff supervision, and customer service.
- Learn and enforce Crave City Mega Ltd operational standards, food safety procedures, and company policies.
- Support in monitoring product quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and staff performance.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Prepare reports and operational documentation.
- Assist with inventory management, stock checks, and cost control activities.
- Contribute to service improvement and overall outlet performance.
- Perform any other tasks assigned during the training period.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates who have completed NYSC (mandatory).
- Degree in any related field (Hospitality, Business, Food Science, etc. is an advantage).
- Strong interest in the QSR/food service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
