Duties
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff.
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee records
- Provide support in organizing company events or meetings
Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in computerized office applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong administrative and clerical abilities
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
