Office Manager
Duties:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain and update office files, records, and databases
- Develop and implement training programs for office staff
- Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- Ensure proper phone etiquette and efficient use of phone systems
- Handle calendar management for the office, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Supervise and provide guidance to office staff
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
Experience:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work

Salary: £18,821.90 – £28,000.00 per year
