We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Operations & Administrative Assistant (Paint Industry)
Locations: Abuja (FCT), Lekki and Ajah – Lagos State.
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting To: Managing Director (MD)
Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and organized Operations & Administrative Assistant to support the Managing Director in day-to-day operations, client engagement, and business development activities in the paint industry.
- The ideal candidate will be hands-on, target-driven, and able to manage both administrative tasks and field operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new leads for paint contracts and projects.
- Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Support in closing paint contract deals and maintaining client relationships.
- Assist the MD with scheduling, correspondence, and project coordination.
- Manage administrative tasks including filing, reporting, and procurement follow-up.
- Ensure timely execution and monitoring of ongoing projects.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in sales, operations, or administrative support is an advantage.
Salary
₦50,000 – ₦80,000 per month.
