- Our Hostesses are not just faces at the entrance — they are the heartbeat of the Clubhouse experience: welcoming, connecting, and creating unforgettable moments for every guest.
- Think airline cabin crew standards, but with nightlife sophistication — elegance, composure, and charm at every turn.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Be the first impression — greet and escort guests with a warm, confident, and high-class demeanor.
- Curate luxury guest experiences with attention to detail, conversation, and grace.
- Engage guests confidently, assist in bottle sales, and intuitively upsell packages with elegance.
- Collaborate with Floor Managers, CSMs, and Bottle Girls to deliver seamless service.
- Maintain a polished appearance and energy that reflects the Clubhouse brand essence.
- Anticipate guest needs, handle VIPs discreetly, and ensure every client feels valued.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere that blends class, allure, and unforgettable service.
Requirements
Who We’re Looking For:
- Tall, Smart & Stunning. Minimum height: 5’6” (1.68m)
- Cabin crew-level grooming & etiquette.
- Speaks fluent English with elegance and confidence.
- Sales intuitive – can build rapport naturally and drive upselling.
- Excellent emotional intelligence and guest awareness.
- Well-composed, warm, and confident — even in high-energy environments.
- Experience in hospitality, luxury service, or high-end clubs is an advantage.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and special events.
Salary
₦300,000 – ₦400,000 per month.
