Job Title: Radio Station General Manager
Location: Lagos

Description
- A Radio Station in the South Western Nigeria with growth potential in other geo-political zones requires the services of a General Manager with excellent cognate experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure the station’s operations align with its mission and vision.
- Develop and implement the station’s strategic goals and objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Manage technical and broadcast operations to ensure high-quality output.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant broadcasting regulations and laws.
- Implement new technologies to improve station operations and listener experience.
Education and Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in a relevant discipline from a reputable educational institution
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Managerial positions
- Familiarity with broadcasting technology and trends
- Proven experience in community and public relations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges and emergencies
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Must think independently to make decisions under pressure.
