Job Title: Retail (Filling) Station Manager

Position Overview
- We are seeking dynamic and dedicated individuals for the role of Retail Station Manager.
- The successful candidate will be crucial in ensuring exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day operations, and maintaining a positive atmosphere in our retail station.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the retail station to ensure efficiency and quality service.
- Manage staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and improve profitability.
- Maintain inventory and supply levels, ensuring that stock is managed effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to enhance satisfaction.
- Generate reports on sales, expenses, and employee performance.
Measurable KPIs
- Achievement of sales targets and revenue growth.
- Customer satisfaction ratings.
- Staff turnover rates and employee satisfaction.
- Inventory accuracy and waste reduction.
Competence / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail manager role, preferably in a similar environment.
