Job Description
- We are looking to fill the position of a Retail Sales Representative who can handle customers and sales at our establishment.
- You will be required to help with selling products, helping customers with their purchases and keeping a check on the stock at the store.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s products.
- Provide accurate information on product features, pricing and after-sales services
- Perform competitive analysis, market research and product assessment.
- Manage and maintain sales inventory and ensure the store is fully stacked.
- Analyze competitor’s products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
- Provide customer’s feedback to the store manager.
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
Requirements
- OND / HND qualification
- 1 years proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Proven sales experience.
- Strong analytical, communication skills and computer skills
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Attention to details.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Salary Range
₦80,000 – ₦100,000
