Job Title: Retail Station Supervisor

Job Description
- As a supervisor in a retail station, your main responsibility will be to oversee the marketing and promotion of a sales card to customers.
- You will be expected to lead a team of retail staff and work closely with the marketing department to ensure the successful implementation of the sales card program.
- Additionally, you will be required to effectively promote the sales card to customers and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy to promote the sales card to customers
- Monitor sales card usage and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing department to create promotional materials and campaigns for the sales card
- Ensure staff adhere to company policies and procedures when promoting the sales card
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on the success of the sales card program.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Increase in sales card sign-ups and usage the first quarter
- Feedback from customers on the sales card program is overwhelmingly positive
- Retail staff demonstrate an understanding of the sales card program and effectively promote it to customers
- Sales card revenue meets or exceeds target goals set by management
- Compliance with company policies and procedures related to the sales card program.
Salary
₦60,000 – ₦65,000 / month.
