To work with a number of our clients, Success Point Associate Ltd is currently hiring Care Workers who require Tier 2 sponsorship in the UK.
We are a reputable and well-liked care company that provides care services such as companionship, personal support, domiciliary care, and live-in care. Those who require it the most and prefer to stay in their homes receive the highest standard of professional care and support from us.
What your typical day might entail:
Daily tasks can change based on the client and their requirements. Companionship (emotional support), meal preparation, medication prompting/administration, washing and dressing, and personal care are just a few examples of tasks (toileting and incontinence care). Depending on the particular requirements of the client, encouraging independence when possible.
Requirements:
- Must hold a full UK or International Driving Licence (required) and have access to a personal car.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred).
- Relevant care certificates (minimum of NVQ 2 is required) and training.
- Good understanding of written and spoken English.
- Passionate and enthusiastic about helping people.
- Available to work alternate weekends.
- Works well in a team and alone.
- Ready to relocate.
Benefits:
- £12.00 p/h weekdays / £13.00 p/h weekends before probation
- £25,000 per annum after probation and on receipt of Tier 2 Visa.
- 40 hours per week (once sponsored).
- Mileage paid 25p per mile in between calls plus additional mileage can be claimed from HMRC.
