Summary
- We’re seeking a dependable and experienced Shop Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a new shop in Ibadan.
About the Role
- This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in retail or shop management who is looking to grow with a stable, well-structured business.
- You’ll be responsible for supervising staff, managing stock levels, handling daily transactions, and maintaining smooth store operations.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise daily shop activities and staff performance
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve minor issues
- Monitor inventory levels, reorder stock, and record goods replaced
- Oversee cash and Mobile Money payments
- Ensure daily stock and sales reports are submitted accurately
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and efficient.
What We’re Looking For
- A Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 3 years managing or assisting in a retail/shop environment
- Ability to manage inventory, people, and routine reporting
- Fluent in English and Yoruba
- Reliable, honest, and punctual.
Salary
₦250,000 monthly.
