Working Hours
Average shift 8 – 10 hours long, 6 days per week.
The Role
- Welcome diners and escort them to their table
- Take food and beverage orders
- Serve all in attendance
- Lay and clean tables
- Learn and understand kitchen working practices
- Be aware of dietary requirements and allergies
- Strictly adhere to hygiene and health & safety guidelines
- Carry out other tasks as directed
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience
- Previous Waiting experience working in luxury/high-end hotels/private houses is preferred
- Fluent English language
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Guest/customer orientated
- Fine attention to detail
