Job Title: Office Assistant (Male / Female)
Location: Lokogoma, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Duties
- Filing and record keeping (digital and physical).
- Scheduling and calendar management.
- Data entry and document formatting.
- Despatch and Delivery Services
- Handling of incoming/outgoing mail.
Requirements
- Qualification: Minimum of an OND qualification.
- Experience: 1 – 2 years in a similar administrative or clerical role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, fax machines).
- Typing proficiency
Communication Skill
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Answering phones and directing calls professionally.
- Drafting basic emails, memos, or letters.
