Job Description
- Act as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome.
- Efficiently handle incoming calls, manage the reception area, and ensure a smooth flow of information within the hospital.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage patient registrations, and update patient records in the hospital’s database.
- Provide general administrative support including handling mail, managing office supplies, and assisting with the coordination of hospital events and meetings.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient and visitor satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with hospital management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
