Job Title: Site Office Assistant
Location: Wuse, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary
- As the Site Office Assistant at Popville Luxury Homes, you will ensure the site office is kept clean, organized, and running smoothly.
- You will assist staff and visitors with day-to-day tasks, making sure the site environment is safe, welcoming, and efficient. When required, you will also provide basic technical support under supervision. Your role directly supports Popville’s operational excellence on project sites.
Key Responsibilities
Site Office Cleanliness and Readiness (Daily):
- Perform daily cleaning of the site office, reception/induction area, meeting container, restrooms, and kitchenette to ensure a consistently presentable and hygienic environment.
- Keep common areas tidy and ensure essential items (e.g., soap, paper towels, drinking water) are replenished.
- Empty trash bins and ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned at the end of each workday.
- Report any facility or equipment issues promptly to the GM.
Reception and Communication Support:
- Welcome site visitors, vendors, and subcontractors, guiding them appropriately and ensuring they sign the site register.
- Take clear, accurate messages for staff and relay them promptly.
- Assist in posting and updating notices, memos, and site information boards as directed by the GM.
Site Supply Management:
- Monitor and maintain stock of office consumables (stationery, cleaning materials, refreshments) and report shortages to Admin support.
- Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries at the site office.
- Support in tracking PPE availability and distribution when required.
Document Handling & Organization (Physical):
- Help distribute, file, and organize physical documents such as delivery notes, site registers, or attendance sheets.
- Facilitate photocopying/printing tasks using site office equipment.
Meeting and Event Support:
- Prepare meeting areas before and after internal and external meetings.
- Support toolbox talks or site briefings with attendance sheets and setups.
Support to Staff & Basic Technical Assistance (As Required):
- Provide general assistance to site staff with non-computer-based tasks, such as organizing physical files if applicable.
- Under GM’s direction, assist with simple technical tasks such as basic measurements, headcounts, or site photo documentation.
Equipment and Utilities Monitoring (Site Office):
- Check basic office equipment (e.g., printer, water dispenser, etc) for any obvious issues.
- Report malfunctions or irregularities to the GM immediately.
Confidentiality & Professional Conduct:
- Handle all company and client information with discretion.
- Uphold Popville’s professional image through punctuality, neatness, and adherence to safety and confidentiality policies.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 5 years experience.
Salary
₦150,000 – ₦200,000 monthly.
