Job Summary
- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee to join our organization. The ideal candidate will undergo structured training across various departments to gain hands-on experience in business operations, leadership, and management processes.
- This role is designed to prepare candidates for future leadership positions within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in training programs across departments (Operations, HR, Finance, Sales, etc.)
- Assist in daily business operations and administrative tasks
- Analyze data and prepare reports for management review
- Support project planning and execution
- Learn company policies, procedures, and performance standards
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency
- Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions
- Provide support to senior management when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field work
- 1–7years work experience (NYSC members or recent graduates encouraged)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Salary
₦150,000 – ₦200,000 / Month.
